At a time when it’s imperative to keep organized, consistent, and accurate records on all employees, we have developed a proven effective approach to track your employee data and manage your personnel files. (It is important to remember that all employee files are subject to state and federal audits or legal proceedings; thus, it is critical to ensure that your personnel files are kept neat and organized, containing only the required documents inside of them.)
Following our guidelines, you will learn what should and shouldn’t be in a personnel file and be vigilant about what goes in and what stays out.
Our personnel files consist of separated numbered sections providing an easy reference for required documentation and a manageable process of maintaining accurate information.
This is a required evaluation for all field personnel at hire and then once yearly. Skills Competency Evaluations measure an individual’s ability to perform fundamental skills in a safe and competent manner.
Our 25 in-service education programs have test evaluations and certificates of completion.
As you develop your in-service education requirements for your filed personnel, make sure you provide a variety of options and good in-service training.
